We have a no quibble returns policy and try to make it as easy as possible for you to return your unwanted item or have a damaged product replaced as quickly as possible.

FAQ - Returning Your item;

How do I repack and return my unwanted parcel?

Please take care to pack the products carefully and include all packaging (please remember these will to be resold) and include a copy of your order number and/or name and address. Parcels can be posted by any courier of your choice. We find that Hermes is the cheapest and they have an easy website to book your parcel, with handy nationwide drop off points.

All returns will be inspected and must be returned complete with all the retail packaging, undamaged, unused in new condition and packed ready for re-sale. All care must be taken to package the product to a reasonable standard. A repacking charge maybe charged to achieve this is they are not packaged to a reasonable standard or are missing packaging. Any item returned in a damaged state, missing parts or not fit for resale will not be refunded and returned to you.

How do I return or report a damaged or defective item?

Damaged or defective items will be swapped out by us – Please contact us immediately and we will deal with this as quickly and effectively as possible and replace your damaged item. We will endeavor to replace the item where possible as quickly as we can by collecting the damaged product and replacing it with new. Any damage must be reported immediately and if possible please send photographs. This helps us report and monitor any problems and report them back to the manufacturer. All damaged products are inspected on return so we can report issues to the manufacturers and hopefully stop these issues happening again.

Who pays for the return postage?

You the buyer are responsible for the return postage of any unwanted item.

Will I be refunded the original amount including outgoing postage?

Yes - You will be refunded in full on receipt of the item and as a good will gesture we will refund you the outgoing postage paid at checkout.
